My husband asked me a couple of days to make it for him, so I found a recipe that looked decent. The thought of bread pudding honestly disgusts me. But I threw it in the crockpot tonight so he could have it for dessert. It was basically like cubed cinnamon/brown sugar bread, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, eggs and water. I served it with vanilla bean ice cream. Honestly, it was shocking. This was like the best thing I have ever ate. What is this sorcery? I don’t know if it’s because it was a warm dessert and it’s just so cold out that it was the perfect comfort food, but seriously, this stuff was good.
